We provide genetic counseling services for health systems, hospitals, clinics, and private physician offices.  Our service model allows us to work with institutions that can't support a full time genetic counselor, but still value the service for their patients.

Genetic counseling is the process of helping people understand and adapt to the medical, psychological and familial implications of genetic contributions to disease. This process integrates:

•    Interpretation of family and medical histories to assess the chance of disease occurrence or recurrence.
•    Education about inheritance, testing, management, prevention, resources and research.
•    Counseling to promote informed choices and adaptation to the risk or condition.

To ensure that we provide the highest quality genetic counseling services possible thereby maximizing our clients' ability to make informed medical decisions for themselves and their family.

OUR History

DNAXPRT Consulting, LLC was founded in Overland Park, Kansas in October 2006 by Lenna Levitch, MS, CGC who remains the Director and owner.  

Lenna is a master’s degree trained professional with over 30 years of clinical experience in the field of genetics and is board certified as a genetic counselor by the American Board of Medical Genetics and the American Board of Genetic Counseling. 

She has provided prenatal and hereditary cancer counseling services throughout her career and has additionally served as a product advisor and account manager for a clinical genetic testing laboratory, as well as an instructor for a genetic counseling training program.
