Lenna Levitch, CEO / Owner

Lenna Levitch has been in love with human genetics since her Honors Biology II class at Shawnee Mission West High School. As a result of her interest in genetics, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Human Biology at the University of Kansas and her Master’s in Genetic Counseling from Sarah Lawrence College. She is board certified as a genetic counselor by both the American Board of Medical Genetics and the American Board of Genetic Counseling. In addition, she is also licensed as a Genetic Counselor by the State of Utah. Lenna just celebrated her 30th anniversary in the field of genetic counseling. During her professional career, she has specialized in the areas of prenatal genetics as well as oncology genetics.

When she isn’t at work, Lenna loves to spend time with her two daughters and husband. She enjoys traveling, especially to warm sunny locations with sand and sea, has an appreciation for art, tries her hand at gardening, loves yoga, and reading.

Molly Lund, COO

Molly Lund is a Certified Genetic Counselor whose current focus is hereditary cancer genetics. She is from the Kansas City area and attended Texas Christian University for her undergraduate education and Northwestern University for her master's degree in genetic counseling before returning home to be closer to her family and friends. She enjoyed working at Children's Mercy Hospital for 6 years before joining DNAXPRT Consulting in 2007.

Outside of work, she keeps very busy with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys cooking and reading and is always researching her next vacation.

Christi Arreguin

Christi Arreguin is an ABGC board-certified genetic counselor with a graduate degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Prior to working with DNAXPRT LLC, Christi provided prenatal genetic counseling service for the greater south Texas area. Christi has worked to build a hereditary oncology program in partnership with the San Antonio Methodist healthcare system. Practicing since 2009, Christi has experience in the field of prenatal and cancer genetics.

Outside of work, Christi enjoys skydiving, zip lining, travel, and enjoying time with her husband and fur-baby, Zeke.

Carla Bell

Carla Bell is a cancer genetic counselor with DNAXPRT Consulting, LLC. She graduated with her Master's in Genetic Counseling from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2008. Prior to joining DNAXPRT, Carla was a pediatric genetic counselor with Arkansas Children's Hospital. Currently, she is working with the Oncology Department at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS.

Carla was born and raised in the New York City area, and now lives in Arkansas with her husband, three teenage children, four dogs, four cats, and a snake.

Elise Austin

Elise Austin is a licensed and certified genetic counselor with over 10 years of experience in public health, clinical practice, student supervision, and industry. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. She is passionate about educating other healthcare providers on the importance of clinical genetics and increasing patient access to genetic services. She lives in Salt Lake City, UT and enjoys spending time with her family, good food, and traveling.

Dani Bishay

Dani Bishay is a Licensed Certified Genetic counselor with experience as a genetic counselor in clinical and diagnostic laboratory settings. Her current focus is hereditary cancer genetics. Dani is originally from Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for her undergraduate degree and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for her master’s degree. Dani has been fortunate enough to work in several genetic counseling settings including, pediatric, prenatal, and laboratory genetic counseling among others.

In her free time Dani enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Brandy Lamb

Brandy Lamb Brandy Lamb received a Master’s of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Utah in 2018. She is board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. She provides genetic counseling in oncological genetics at Ogden Regional Medical Center in Utah. Research interests include assisted reproductive technology genetics and she has published in this area.

She grew up in Utah and enjoys the outdoor recreation the state offers with her family of four.

Sarah Tipton

Sarah Tipton found her way to genetic counseling after working as a registered nurse, and then a nurse practitioner, alongside several incredible multi-disciplinary teams in pediatrics, women’s health, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She was introduced to genetics during her graduate nursing education in 2001 while at the University of Pittsburgh, in Pennsylvania. Since that time, she has watched genetic knowledge impact the care, treatment, and well-being of many individuals and families. Marveling at the influence of genetics and genetic testing in the provision of healthcare, Sarah decided to join the team of experts providing education and support. Sarah pursued a graduate degree from Boise State University and was awarded a diploma, as a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling, in 2021. Sarah’s areas of special interest continue to include women’s health issues, namely oncology and infertility.

Originally from Ohio, Sarah has embraced Kansas City as her second home and the birthplace of her three children. Helping them discover their passions by transporting them to various practices has become a regular part of many of her evenings. When not at work or acting as chauffer, Sarah and her husband like to enjoy Kansas City’s wonderful culinary, live-music, and art scenes.

Ilana Chilton

Ilana Chilton is an ABGC board-certified genetic counselor who specializes in both pediatric and inherited cancer genetics. She earned her Master's in Genetic Counseling from Brandeis University in 2012 and Bachelor of Science from The University of Pennsylvania. Prior to working with DNAXPRT Consulting, Ilana was a senior genetic counselor at Columbia University Medical Center in New York with a clinical focus on rare disease. Ilana also served as faculty in the Columbia Genetic Counseling program and loved teaching the next generation of genetic counselors.


Ilana grew up in Kansas City and after spending many years away, has finally returned to her hometown with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, Ilana enjoys spending time with her family and taking on graphic design projects.

Elana Spitz

Elana Spitz, MS, LCGC is a genetic counselor certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and licensed in California and Florida. She specializes in cancer genetics and hereditary cancer predisposition syndromes. She received her bachelor's degree from Penn State University in Biobehavioral Health, and her Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Long Island University Post. Elana has experience in pediatric, adult, and cancer genetics, and has been involved with clinic work, research, and graduate training.

In her free time, Elana enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends.

Kenzie Wood

Kenzie Wood is a genetic counselor who specializes in cancer genetics. She received a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Columbia University. She is fluent in Spanish and previously worked with NYMAC Regional Genetics Network to increase access to genetic counseling services for Spanish-speaking patients and their families. She additionally worked for four years as a genetic counseling assistant in both the cardiovascular and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) spaces.

Originally from Utah, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and finding new places to eat.

Chelsea Tibbetts

Chelsea Tibbetts was born in Wichita, Kansas but grew up and resides in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City for her undergraduate education followed by Kansas City University for her Master’s degree in Bioethics and A.T. Still University for her Doctorate degree in Health Education. She enjoyed working at Community Blood Center as Director of Donor Recruitment for 6 years prior to pursuing her Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling at Bay Path University. She will be joining DNAXPRT Consulting as a hereditary cancer genetic counselor in 2024.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, hiking, and cooking or baking with her son.atever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Rebekah Whitman

Rebekah Whitham is a former science teacher turned genetic counseling assistant. She loves all things science and enjoys helping others most of all. A former Cornhusker, she now attends the University of Utah working towards a masters in Genetic Counseling. Her talents lie in the realm of organization, streamlining, and creative problem solving. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking. She is an avid reader and gamer.

Mary Reynolds

Mary was a Dental Assistant and pharmacy technician prior to becoming a GCA. She graduated from Concorde Career College where she received her degree in dental assisting and later graduated from Rasmussen College as a certified pharmacy technician.

Home life is very busy with 3 kiddos. She loves to read mystery novels and she enjoys baking around the holidays. She also loves spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Nicole Horton

Nicole Horton received her Master’s of Science degree in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati in coordination with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 2024. She has experience working with patients in prenatal, pediatric, adult, and cancer genetics at numerous healthcare systems in the Cincinnati area. Nicole originally began her career in genetics as a genetic counseling assistant; she worked to promote the adoption of universal germline genetic testing for various populations of oncology patients. Her recent research efforts have included an analysis of the limitations of prenatal imaging to detect congenital anomalies among fetuses with genetic disorders.

Outside of work, Nicole is an enthusiastic reader, crocheter, and cat-mom. She enjoys indoor rock-climbing and a good board game with friends.
